Cloud ai engineer

This is a remote position.

This is a fixed-term contract for 3.5 months.

Remote from Europe.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Coding and scripting proficiency in Python, Perl, C, C++, or Java.
• Experience in technical client service or consulting.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Technical Skills:

• Vertex AI, MLOps, Document AI, and Generative AI.
• Experienced in building multi-step Agentic AI workflows with ADK, Agent Engine, LangChain, Vertex AI, and AgentSpace.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of production ML system practicalities.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with recommendation engines, data pipelines, or distributed machine learning.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including architectures, ETL/ELT, and analytic environments (e.g., Apache Beam, Hadoop, Spark, Hive).
• Relevant experience in technical consulting.
