Position Overview

We are seeking board approved supervisors in the professional counseling, clinical social work, or marriage and family therapy disciplines (LPC-S, LICSW, or LMFT) to provide therapy services and clinical supervision to therapists pursuing licensure. This role is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, innovation, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, and maintain clinical documentation.
  • Supervise pre-licensed clinicians working toward independent licensure.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, medical providers, case managers, and other professionals.
  • Develop effective, creative interventions to help clients meet treatment goals.
  • Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervisee hours.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, consultations, and ongoing training.
  • Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field.
  • Active LPC-S, LCSW, or LMFT credentials with required supervisor training and/or board approval to supervise.
  • Experience completing intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Strong communication skills and professional boundaries.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and electronic health record systems; Valant experience is a plus.
  • It would also be cool if you've been credentialed with insurance before.
