What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Success Specialist, you'll help provide a positive client experience from the initial consultation through enrollment and ongoing service.

• Client Service & Support
• Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals and families interested in learning about available benefits
• Listen to client questions, needs, and priorities
• Provide clear, professional, and personalized guidance
• Respond to client questions and service requests
• Build positive, long-term relationships
• Provide ongoing follow-up and customer support
• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
• Manage appointments, schedules, and follow-up activities

• Once appropriately licensed, you'll help individuals and families understand available financial protection options.
• Responsibilities may include:
• Conducting virtual benefit consultations
