Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
We are an international group of companies operating across European and Latin American markets. We build and scale our own products and projects in e-commerce with in-house logistics, affiliate marketing, and performance marketing.

Mission of the Role
To grow a commercial system that scales quickly and converts leads into customers efficiently - driving LTV growth and a predictable commercial result.
Requirements
- 8+ years in commercial roles (e-commerce or D2C), including 2+ years as CCO / CSO.
- Experience in D2C / e-commerce / Health & Beauty / FMCG with a solid understanding of direct online sales.
- Deep COD expertise: call centers, order confirmation, scripts and voice upsell, delivery rate; working with fulfillment providers and courier services.
- Multi-market management (Europe, LATAM, USA, Kazakhstan / CIS) with an understanding of local payments, logistics, regulations, and consumer behavior; hands-on experience launching a new market from scratch.
- Experience managing procurement, contract manufacturing, and outsourced contractors. As the owner of cost of goods: tenders, negotiations, SLAs, contractor replacement, and reducing COGS without sacrificing quality.
- English at B2+ level.
- Ukrainian at C1+ level.
Knowledge
- Unit economics: margin structure, breaking P&L down into its drivers, profitability by market/channel/ product.
- COD model economics: how confirmation rate and delivery rate work, and the cost of an unredeemed (undelivered) order.
- Subscription economics: LTV, payback, retention and churn, rebill and dunning mechanics.
- Voice sales: script and offer-ladder structure, call quality criteria.
- Logistics, foreign trade, and procurement: 3PL and fulfillment, Incoterms, cross-border, tenders, MOQ, lead times, cost of goods.
- Market regulations: SLAs, restrictions on telephone sales across different regions.
Skills
- Building a P&L by market and pinpointing exactly where margin leaks.
- Diagnosing the COD funnel: isolating the point of failure and driving fixes through to a measurable change in the metric.
- Developing and launching GTM strategies and product launches tailored to different markets.
- A/B testing call scripts and offers, and scaling winning hypotheses quickly.
- Calculating subscription economics on a cohort basis and deciding whether to scale or stop.
- Building relationships and communicating with international partners.
- Managing by objectives: OKRs / KPIs, building metrics and performance controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial results across 4 regions (Europe, Kazakhstan, LATAM, USA): revenue, margin, unit economics.
- Sales and contact center: scripts and marketplaces, confirmation conversion, upsell / cross-sell, and the quality and cost of a call and of a confirmed order.
- Operational layer: logistics (outsourced fulfillment and couriers), procurement and contract manufacturing, demand and inventory planning - with no shortages or overstock.
- Business Development: onboarding counterparties (fulfillment providers, telephony, factories, service partners), contracts, and onboarding.
- Building and growing D2C in a subscription format: rebill, dunning, churn management, and repeat sales.
- Control and reporting system: end-to-end metrics across markets, P&L by region, and regular reporting to the CEO in numbers.
