Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Channel Sales Manager OEM based in United States.

This is a strategic channel sales role focused on building and expanding OEM partnerships across the North American technology ecosystem. You’ll own a portfolio of major server and compute partners and develop trusted relationships across sales, technical, product, and executive teams. The role is centered on creating joint go-to-market strategies that generate pipeline, accelerate co-selling, and drive revenue growth. You’ll help position advanced AI infrastructure solutions across leading server, storage, and computing platforms. The position also offers the opportunity to identify cross-partner opportunities and develop integrated solutions for enterprise customers. Success requires strong alliance leadership, executive presence, technical fluency, and the ability to operate across complex partner organizations.

Accountabilities:

  • Own a portfolio of OEM alliances across North America, serving as the primary strategic contact for major server and compute partners and building trusted relationships across sales, technical, product, and executive teams.
  • Develop and execute tailored joint go-to-market strategies aligned with each partner’s business priorities, sales motions, customer segments, and growth objectives.
  • Drive joint pipeline, co-selling activity, and revenue growth by identifying and developing opportunities influenced or sourced through OEM partnerships.
  • Position the organization’s AI infrastructure and data platform solutions across partner portfolios spanning AI-optimized servers, enterprise infrastructure, storage, and high-performance computing.
  • Identify cross-partner opportunities where multiple OEM relationships intersect and develop differentiated, integrated solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Build executive-level alignment and sponsorship across partner organizations to establish sustainable, long-term alliance strategies.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs that equip partner sales and pre-sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to effectively position and sell solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the North American sales organization to develop, accelerate, and close joint opportunities.
  • Represent the organization as a credible and visible technology ambassador at partner events, industry conferences, and executive briefings across North America.
  • Work across internal and external stakeholders to align technical, commercial, and strategic priorities and continuously expand the impact of the OEM ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technology vendor sales, channel sales, alliance management, or a related field, with a proven track record managing multiple OEM or strategic partnerships simultaneously.
  • Significant experience working with major technology OEMs, with demonstrated familiarity across at least two relevant server and infrastructure partners.
  • Experience in AI infrastructure, data storage, high-performance computing, cloud infrastructure, or related technology markets is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of OEM partner programs, enterprise sales organizations, channel strategies, and go-to-market motions.
  • Familiarity with the sales and alliance ecosystems of major server and infrastructure providers, particularly across North America.
  • An established network within the Bay Area technology community, particularly across AI infrastructure, cloud, semiconductor, and related technology ecosystems, is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust quickly and create consensus among diverse stakeholders across complex organizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and portfolio management skills, with the ability to identify high-leverage opportunities and prioritize resources effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to audiences ranging from engineering teams to C-suite executives.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to secure senior-level sponsorship and influence strategic decisions.
  • Ability to balance multiple partnerships and priorities while maintaining focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong commercial judgment, collaboration skills, and the ability to build long-term sales and alliance strategies.
  • Willingness to work across technical, commercial, and executive environments and engage with customers and partners at multiple levels.

Benefits

  • U.S.-remote work arrangement.
  • Opportunity to lead strategic OEM partnerships across the North American technology ecosystem.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI infrastructure, cloud, storage, server, and high-performance computing technologies.
  • High-impact role combining channel sales, alliance strategy, business development, and executive relationship management.
  • Opportunity to work with major technology partners and influence joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Significant cross-functional and executive-level exposure.
  • Collaborative, customer-focused environment centered on accountability, bold thinking, and teamwork.
