Bachelor’s Degree in a science‑related field is essential.
5+ years of progressive experience in the CDMO industry, with preferred experience in program management or other commercial customer‑facing functions.
Strong understanding of the CDMO service industry.
Advanced insight in/experience with IP and legal issues.
Proven ability to write business documents.
Proven negotiation skills.
Advanced presentation skills.
Communicate with Demand Planning partners to ensure sites are clear on pending customer needs.
Facilitate partnerships within the global sales peer group and across FUJIFILM companies.
Align closely with global directors on territory growth and shifts in market dynamics.
Present a dynamic, detailed sales pipeline, territory plans, and BD strategies to the Commercial Leadership Team.

Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
