Position: Junior Business Analyst (Job ID: 15045)

Location: Albany, NY (Remote)

Duration: Long-term Contract

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Job Description:

Support the Department of Health's Hospital Analysis project by reviewing hospital financial documents, analyzing cash flows and monthly performance reports, assessing funding requests, updating dashboards, preparing questions for provider calls, documenting Webex meetings, and completing ad-hoc assignments.

Required Skills:

• 1.5+ years of fiscal analysis and finance experience.
• 1.5+ years reviewing hospital financial documents.
• 1.5+ years of data analysis with large datasets.
• 1.5+ years of external communication, calls, and email drafting.
• 6+ months documenting Webex calls with healthcare providers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA or ACCA certification.
• Master's degree in Data Analysis or Business Analytics.
