POSITION:

Director of Engineering - BAS Controls

LOCATION:

REMOTE (prefers individuals on the East Coast)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prior Experience as an Engineering Manager or similar position
• Review and ensure all AutoCAD drawings requirements are sufficiently met
• Oversee and manage all design and develop projects
• Design and direct the work of the engineering team and help set objectives that align with company improvement strategies
• Provide engineering leadership and help design, maintain, and executive project development plans
• Create and establish a culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement toward engineering projects and results
• Ensure that all aspects of the BAS layout/design, development and support process are optimal for the client
• Work closely with department expenses and ensure compliance and corporate goals are met
