Meet the team:

Dexcom’s Global Product Design (GPD) is a multidisciplinary team of product designers, visual designers, front-end developers, design technologists, instructional content designers, and industrial designers who support the Dexcom product portfolio.

As an Associate UI Designer, you will:

• Support the visual design, maintenance, and evolution of Dexcom digital products through the creation of user interfaces, design system components, localized product assets, and stakeholder-facing deliverables.
• Work alongside product designers, visual designers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to help ensure consistency, quality, and usability across the Dexcom ecosystem.
• Contribute to experiences that support people living with diabetes and help deliver innovative, accessible, and user-centered solutions across mobile, web, and connected platforms.

What makes you successful:

• 1–3 years of experience in UI design, visual design, product design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern digital design tools.
• Understanding of design systems and component-based design workflows.
• Strong visual design skills including layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.

Experience and Education Requirements:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years previous experience.

Remote Workplace:

Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
