A bit about you

As an Associate Ad Operations Manager, you will support the execution and management of digital advertising campaigns across a variety of formats. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, using your knowledge of digital media and ad technology to ensure campaigns are set up accurately, deliver against client goals, and run smoothly from launch through reconciliation.

You’re someone who takes initiative, pays close attention to the details, and is comfortable troubleshooting issues and managing priorities independently while partnering closely with the broader team.

You will:

  • Traffic and manage advertising campaigns in GT’s proprietary ad-serving platform, ensuring accurate and timely campaign setup and execution
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of multiple advertising campaigns simultaneously, proactively identifying opportunities or issues that may impact delivery
  • Monitor 1st- and 3rd-party reporting data to ensure campaigns are pacing and delivering against goals
  • Perform quality assurance checks of campaign setup against client insertion orders, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Troubleshoot campaign and creative issues, using available resources and tools to drive timely resolution
  • Manage expectations, communication, and reporting metrics with internal team members
  • Own reporting and month-end reconciliation with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Create and maintain documentation pertinent to the Ad Operations team
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently while collaborating with and supporting the broader team as needed
  • Take ownership of your work, seek feedback, and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and performance

  • A bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of relevant experience, or 2+ years of transferable experience in digital advertising, including advertising platforms, online publishers, ad networks, digital agencies, or related fields
  • Familiarity with digital media and ad technology, including experience with ad-serving platforms and/or Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and deliver high-quality work on time
  • Strong communication and client-service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • The ability to be proactive, resourceful, and self-sufficient while knowing when to collaborate or ask for support
  • A team-oriented mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute wherever needed
  • A growth mindset—you’re coachable, receptive to feedback, and motivated to continue developing your technical and industry expertise
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint
  • Experience working with HTML5 and JavaScript ads
  • Experience creating mobile rich media ads
  • Experience troubleshooting and testing ads using tools such as Fiddler, Charles, or similar debugging tools

Compensation package

$65,000 - $82,000 base salary, 15% Bonus ($74,750 - 94,300 OTE)

The listed salary range is reflective of the cost of labor in the candidate’s location and may vary depending on where the role is filled.
