The Editorial Intern will work alongside the Zonderkidz, DaySpring Kids, and Blink team to play a key role in helping steward children’s and young adult book projects at various stages of the publishing pipeline. They will assist with book-related research, editing book content, preparing title information forms for internal reference, proofreading typeset content, providing input on prospective future projects, and engaging in other tasks as they arise.
Candidates who are available to work in a full-time capacity in 2027 or 2028 are eligible for this internship; open to rising seniors, recent graduates, master’s students, or entry level candidates with up to 1 year of work experience.
Candidates must be available to work 28 hours per week, Monday through Thursday. Compensation for this internship is $18 per hour.

Ideal candidates are either currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from an undergraduate or master’s program.
Candidates should be competent in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
Candidates should possess a strong knowledge of the English language and grammar.
Candidates should have strong project management and organizational skills and be able to work independently.
Candidates with copyediting and proofreading experience are preferred.
