Job Description

We're looking for a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Meta Ads Expert to join our team and manage high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience setting up, optimizing, and scaling Meta ad campaigns, testing ad creatives, and conducting audience research to drive profitable growth and user acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level Minimum).
  • Must be a current student or recent graduate of BYU-Pathway Worldwide.
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems.
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, structure, and budget allocation.
  • Proven understanding of digital marketing principles, funnel strategies, and performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR).
  • Strong eye for ad creatives, hooks, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Experience with custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make actionable optimization decisions.
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and event tracking implementation.
  • Strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) focused on lead generation, e-commerce, or brand growth.
  • A/B test ad creatives, copy, hooks, and targeting to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor daily spend and key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) to optimize ROI.
  • Conduct audience research to identify high-converting market segments.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging video and graphic ad assets.
  • Troubleshoot pixel and tracking setup to ensure accurate conversion reporting.
  • Analyze ad performance data and present clear reports with actionable recommendations.
