About the Opportunity

We’re expanding our remote team and looking for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and providing helpful, professional service.

You’ll begin in a client-facing role, working directly with individuals and families to understand their needs and help them navigate available protection and benefit options. As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, opportunities are available to take on additional responsibilities in training, mentorship, and team leadership.

This is a remote, performance-driven career opportunity where growth is based on initiative, consistency, and results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet with clients virtually to discuss their needs, priorities, and available options
• Explain coverage and protection solutions in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Help clients identify options that align with their individual circumstances
• Provide professional follow-up and ongoing client support
• Build strong relationships by delivering a positive and dependable experience
• Follow an established process for client consultations and service
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Support and mentor newer team members as you progress into leadership
