Job Description

We are looking for an experienced leader on behalf of one of our clients, a fast-growing mobile games studio, casual genre, around 8 years on the market, top 10 worldwide in its category, profitable and self-sustained. Games Factory Talents is running this search on their behalf, and is looking for a Content Team Lead to own in-app seasonal and event content and help shape the studio's broader content strategy.

What you'll do

  • Contribute to and help shape the app's content strategy, aligned with product and business goals
  • Plan and coordinate the monthly release of seasonal, regional, and event-based visual content — holidays, celebrations, partner collaborations
  • Propose and develop new content ideas, formats, and initiatives to increase engagement
  • Own the end-to-end production cycle for content, from task setup to publication
  • Set up review and quality-control processes to ensure content meets product standards
  • Lead a small, growing content team: set goals, distribute responsibilities and resources
  • Prioritize across multiple concurrent content initiatives and coordinate closely with other departments, including design and product
  • Act as product owner for content-related features and internal tools used by the team, define requirements, manage the backlog, work with development and design

Requirements

  • Fluent Russian (C1/B2), internal documentation and communication run in Russian
  • Prior experience managing a content or creative team, even a small one; this is a people-management role, not an entry-level position
  • Strong visual literacy and taste: composition, image quality, layout, and how content reads within a product
  • This is a visual / product content role, distinct from marketing, creative, or user-acquisition content, not a fit for candidates from a pure UA or creative-ads background
  • You are based in the EU.

Benefits

  • Remote-first role with flexibility around office visits
  • Competitive compensation, based on experience
  • A direct voice in shaping the studio's content strategy and roadmap
