Looking for a nursing role with more balance, while still using the clinical experience you’ve built?
Kantoko is an online platform for ongoing, adult ADHD care. We’re growing, and we’re looking for the next person to join our founding nursing team.
This is a remote contractor role working three to four days per week - no commute, and no shift work. If you have at least 3 years of post-graduate experience across ED, critical care or mental health and you want your clinical skills to count for something different, this could be that change.
You’ll work from home while providing ADHD care alongside our team of GPs and psychiatrists. That care is delivered through a platform built by our design, engineering and operation teams.
Kantoko exists to make adult ADHD care work for real life.
We bring assessment, clinical care and ongoing support together in one telehealth platform. Our Psychiatry, GP, Nursing and Customer Care teams work closely together, supported by technology built around the way care is delivered.
For the adults we support, that means fewer handovers, less repetition and a team that stays with them for the longer term.
You’ll support people as they move through their care with Kantoko. Your work will include:

You’ll probably enjoy this role if you:
Flexible telehealth, three to four days a week: This is a fully remote contractor role, working consistently across three or four weekdays. You’ll work from home, with no overnight shifts or rotating rosters.
A different way to use your nursing experience: You’ll use your clinical judgement through telehealth triage, clinical reviews, risk assessment and ongoing mental health care.
A team around you: You’ll work closely with Kantoko’s GPs, psychiatrists and Customer Care team. You’ll be trusted to make decisions, with clinical support available when a situation is more complex.
Technology shaped by clinicians: Our telehealth platform is built around what patients and clinicians actually need, with support from our Operations, Design and Engineering teams. Your feedback will help improve the care experience for both clinicians and patients.
