Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer to build, enhance, integrate, and support enterprise Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions. This role focuses on high-impact business functionality, scalable custom components, reliable system integrations, and maintainable delivery across the complete software-development lifecycle. The developer will execute independently while collaborating with product managers, technical leads, business stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, post-release support, and stabilization.
- Develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning frameworks including Aura and/or Lightning Web Components.
- Design and maintain custom objects, automation, workflows, triggers, and validation rules.
- Write and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries.
- Extend existing Salesforce data models and business logic.
- Build and maintain third-party integrations using REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
- Integrate Salesforce with external SaaS platforms and AppExchange applications.
- Follow established coding standards, version-control practices, architectural standards, and CI/CD processes.
- Collaborate with product managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to deliver defined outcomes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative development processes.
- Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and technical considerations clearly.
- Deliver maintainable code within established timelines and project scope.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, including triggers, controllers, and test classes.
- Strong proficiency in Lightning using Aura and/or Lightning Web Components.
- Strong proficiency in Visualforce.
- Strong proficiency in SOQL and SOSL.
- Experience developing custom objects within the Salesforce development environment.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST-based web services.
- Experience working with AppExchange applications.
- Hands-on experience with Git and Copado or a comparable deployment, migration, or CI/CD tool.
- Demonstrated experience building business solutions in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with complex data models and large-scale implementations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with predictive analytics, machine-learning APIs, generative-AI platforms, or other AI-driven services.
- Exposure to Einstein or other Salesforce AI-powered automation within Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Experience building AI-enabled workflows or automation using REST APIs.
- Understanding of prompt engineering or applying generative-AI tools within business applications.
- Familiarity with data preparation, governance, and security for AI-enabled solutions.
- Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

Location, Time & Engagement
- Candidates must be based in LATAM.
- US Central Time coverage is required.
- This is a contract engagement at 40 hours per week.
- The anticipated engagement runs through March 31, 2027.
- This is not currently a contract-to-hire opportunity.
