About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for a confident, creative UGC Influencer based in the GCC region to produce native short-form content about a trading product used by millions of users worldwide. You will create regular content packages from our briefs, publish selected videos on your own social channels, and help us adapt creatives to local GCC trends and audience preferences. This opportunity is ideal for creators who can independently produce viral content and deliver 10–20 videos per month on a flexible schedule, with performance-based compensation. Tasks

• Create regular packs of short-form video creatives based on our briefs;
• Film engaging, high-quality content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms;
• Publish agreed content on social media channels and make collaborations with brands accounts;
• Analyse the performance of your videos and continuously improve hooks, formats, editing and messaging;
• Share insights on local GCC trends, content formats, creators and audience behaviour;
• Collaborate with our team on concepts, scripts and creative iterations.

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker, based in the GCC region;
• Fluent English;
• Strong understanding of local social media culture and audience preferences;
• High-quality filming setup: camera or iPhone 15 Pro / newer;
• Strong video editing skills for short-form content;
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating content around a trading product;
• Ready to film content in public locations, when required by the creative concept;
• Ability to follow a brief while keeping the content natural, authentic and platform-native.

A strong advantage

• Understanding of investing, trading or financial markets;
• Experience with advanced video editing, motion graphics or creative effects;
• An existing YouTube channel, or willingness to launch and develop one;
• Experience creating content that drives views, engagement or conversions.

Optional Test Task — Get a Competitive Advantage

Candidates who submit the test task will have a significant advantage during the selection process. Your task: Create a 20–30-second vertical video in Arabic for a trading or investment app. Scenario: Imagine you’re watching a YouTube video or reading a post about investing. You become interested in trading and decide to explore the topic further. Show your natural reaction, briefly share your thoughts on camera, and finish with a transition to exploring the app or practising on a demo account. Requirements: Speak naturally in your native Arabic, using a Reels/TikTok-style approach. Use dynamic editing, including subtitles, 2–4 scene changes, and engaging but not overdone transitions. Film on your phone and ensure good video quality. Do not make promises of profit, “easy money” claims, or guarantee any results. How to submit: Upload your video and include a link to it in your application.
