Working closely with Engineering and Product teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of web and mobile applications throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform both manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, prioritise, and track defects using bug management tools.
• Conduct regression, functional, non-functional, and exploratory testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality delivery.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining test automation frameworks and pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and provide input on testability and quality considerations.
• Continuously improve testing processes, standards, and methodologies.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Relevant IT qualification or related tertiary education.
• Proven experience as a QA Tester or Software Test Analyst.
• Strong experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Solid understanding of functional, non-functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Experience using bug tracking and management tools such as JIRA and Sentry.
• Working knowledge of Git and Git branching strategies.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Exposure to automation testing and scripting using Python, Dart, or related languages.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman and mobile application testing frameworks.
• Exposure to Flutter-based applications will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
