Brief Job Description: Join Provider Finance as a Web Administrator III and help keep the web tools, content, and digital services that support our programs running smoothly. In this role, you will design, update, and maintain Internet, intranet, and external portal solutions; organize web content so it is clear and useful; and work with technology partners to resolve website issues and improve service delivery. This position reports to the director of provider finance and works under limited supervision, with room to use your judgment, technical skills, and initiative.

Initial Screening Criteria:
Required: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, web design, web development, or a related field. Three years’ experience in web design, web development, web administration, or maintaining web applications. Relevant experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred: Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining web applications, software solutions, or systems integration projects. Experience maintaining Internet, intranet, or external portal environments. Experience preparing and arranging web graphics, text, tables, and other digital content. Experience evaluating code for proper structure, industry standards, and compatibility with browsers, devices, or operating systems. Experience coordinating with information technology or hosting teams to resolve website hardware or software issues.
