Job Description:

The Customer Service Associate (Warehouse Operations) supports daily warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and customer deliveries while providing counter support as needed. The ideal candidate will have warehouse and delivery experience, preferably operating a 26-foot box truck, along with plumbing product knowledge and a strong commitment to customer service.

Job Duties:

• Pull, pack, and stage orders for delivery and customer pickup.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Safely load, unload, and deliver materials using a 26-foot box truck.
• Inspect vehicles and report maintenance needs to ensure safe operation.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Assist customers at the plumbing counter by locating products, checking availability, and supporting order fulfillment.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and other operational issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Communicate professionally with customers, sales staff, and coworkers.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse and delivery driving experience preferred.
• Experience operating a 26-foot box truck strongly preferred.
• Plumbing product knowledge preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and customer service skills.
• Ability to safely handle and move warehouse materials.

Pay Rate:

Hourly based on experience
