Job Description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Product Owner to join our Global Collateral Platform. This role is located in New York City.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Influence platform strategic direction and product prioritization by seeking opportunities to deliver greater value for our global client base.
  • Conduct sophisticated analytics informed by market and proprietary data to inform critical business decisions leveraging latest AI models and BI tools.
  • Design, Develop, and Market innovative collateral products in an AI-Accelerated Agile development model.
  • Collaborate across teams including sales, technology, legal, operations, and third-party vendors to launch new products and financing flows, and to expand platform reach to new markets.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • 6-10 years of demonstrated expertise in global funding markets, triparty platforms, central clearing/CCP models, margining practices, collateral optimization, and the role of clearing banks and custodians.
  • Proven track record of designing, launching, and managing financial products and funding structures, with specific experience in triparty repo structures and workflows in an Agile development model.
  • Deep understanding of CCP operating models and risk management frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with legal, compliance, and operations to structure innovative financing products while ensuring regulatory adherence.
  • Ability to interface credibly with institutional clients, dealers, and internal stakeholders including trading, technology, risk, and operations teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex market concepts into actionable platform strategies, published thought leadership, and client briefs.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
