About the team:

The Marketplace TPM team leads Walmart’s key technology initiatives by partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Business teams. The team thrives in complex settings, emphasizing operational excellence, technical expertise, and disciplined execution. They create scalable solutions that improve seller and customer experiences while reducing complexity. By establishing efficient operating frameworks, the team accelerates delivery with quality, transparency, and accountability across large, cross-functional programs. This role demands strong skills in program and project management, risk and stakeholder management, and technical design to drive meaningful and lasting results.

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage large-scale technical programs, defining goals, timelines, and key deliverables across multiple teams and dependencies.
• Drive end-to-end technology solutions by collaborating with engineering teams on system design, architecture, and operational excellence.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution to maintain program progress and quality outcomes.
• Establish and improve scalable workflows, prioritization frameworks, and communication strategies to align stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor team members on program management best practices and technical design considerations.
• Analyze data to inform decisions, optimize processes, and promote continuous improvement across initiatives.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in program and project management, including risk and stakeholder management across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to define and execute end-to-end technology solutions with strong technical design knowledge in software, hardware, and cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in translating product requirements into scalable system architectures ensuring high availability and operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to measure program success and mitigate risks.
• Effective communication skills to align stakeholders and drive consensus in ambiguous situations.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and improving workflows to enhance delivery efficiency.
