Job Description

AvaMed Workforce is hiring a travel LPN or RN for a 13-week contract at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Clovis, NM.

Assignment details

Location: St Anthony Health & Rehab, Clovis, NM
Dates: 10/26/2026 - 01/24/2027 (13 weeks)
Shift: Days, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (12-hour shifts, 30-minute meal)

Requirements

Active New Mexico LPN or RN license, or a multistate (compact) LPN/RN license
Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred
Current BLS; background check and facility health requirements
