Job Description

AvaMed Workforce is hiring a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an 8-week day-shift contract at Bloomfield Nursing and Rehab in Bloomfield, NM.

Assignment details

Location: Bloomfield Nursing and Rehab, Bloomfield, NM
Dates: 11/03/2026 - 12/29/2026 (8 weeks)
Shift: Days, 5:00 AM-5:00 PM (12-hour shifts, 30-min meal)
Travel LPN contract

Active New Mexico or multistate (NLC) LPN license
Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred
Current BLS; background check and facility health requirements
