Position: Trauma Program Manager FT Days position

Job Type: Full-Time (FTE)

Location: Modesto-CA

Base Salary: $128,960 to $205,900 +Best-in-class benefits

Job Description:

• Reporting to the Associate Administrator, the Trauma Program Manager assists in the promotion of optimal care within Doctors Medical Center.
• Demonstrates professional competency in the nursing process, plans, develops, implements, and evaluates the care of critically injured patients.
• Responsibilities of this role include clinical practice, record maintenance of the trauma registry and it’s Quality Improvement reports, educational programs for all personnel involved in care of the trauma patient (both prevention and all phases of care) and monitors patient’s clinical progress during hospitalization.

License/Certificates/Credentials:

• Current: California RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• ENPC within 6 months of hire
• TNCC within 6 months of hire (Instructor preferred).

Candidate Details:

• 2+ to 5 years experience
• Willingness to Travel - Occasionally
