Trade show coordinator (monday to friday 8:00am to 5:00pm)

Essential Functions:

• Assists with coordination of event logistics, including but not limited to materials, freight, and
• Coordinates hotel room blocks and individual reservations for event attendees, including courses and
• Coordinates with appropriate teams for delivery of event materials in a timely manner, including literature, display models, A/V, and
• Inspects and maintains display materials, including equipment, literature and
• Coordinates materials list for trade shows, courses, and remote
• Schedules carrier pick-ups to and from
• Travels to events occasionally.
