Job Description

Responsible for overseeing daily construction site operations, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules and materials, and ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, ASIs, and material submittals.
• Maintain daily logs, safety records, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and resolve construction issues.
• Ensure work is completed on schedule and deficiencies are corrected.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Coordinate project punch lists and final completion.
• Maintain positive relationships with owners and project teams.

Requirements:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Construction or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational, time management, and math skills.
• Proficiency with basic technology and computer applications.
• Ability to work on-site, navigate the job site, and travel when required.
