Student technical aide - it - end user support

JOB DESCRIPTION

Technical Aide Hourly Pay Rate: $12.00

Assist the Tulane Community with their most common technology issues. Able to multitask and promptly answer support related inquiries via phone calls, email, and other electronic communications. Experience with PC and Apple hardware and software issues. Candidate should display excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be comfortable learning and working on new technologies. The candidate should have a flexible work schedule and must be able to work weekends and weekdays. Student interns can work up to 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications:

• Active enrollment as a student at Tulane University
• A Federal Work Study Award (potentially)
• Prior or active enrollment in a particular class or course of study (potentially)
• Prior, relative experience with or working knowledge of relative software, programs, and equipment
