ADLINK Technology is looking for a motivated, curious, and driven student or recent graduate to join our Strategic Growth Team. This is an entry level, desk based sales role for someone interested in technology, business, research, and customer engagement. You do not need to be an engineer or have previous technology sales experience. We will teach you our products, markets, and sales process. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning, researching companies and technology, talking with people, and turning information into business opportunities.

This role gives you hands on experience across the business development process:

You will gain exposure to technologies including embedded computing, edge AI, robotics, machine vision, industrial automation, and data acquisition. You will also learn how professional sales teams use tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, account intelligence platforms, AI research tools, and digital prospecting systems.

What will you do:

You will help ADLINK identify and develop new customers in growing technology markets such as AI, robotics, automation, medical technology, aerospace and defense, semiconductor manufacturing, and edge computing.

Essential Job Functions (include, but are not limited to the following):

• Research companies, industries, and emerging technology markets
• Identify key contacts across engineering, product, operations, and purchasing
• Reach out to potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns
• Conduct initial conversations and learn how to qualify customer needs
• Identify potential applications for ADLINK technology
• Work with ADLINK sales and technical teams to develop promising accounts
• Support targeted prospecting and account based marketing activities
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in Salesforce
• Help turn targeted accounts into qualified sales opportunities

Base Salary Range:

$65,000 - $75,000 USD Individual offers are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. This range does not include bonus compensation or benefits, which are outlined during the offer process.
