Through years of experience and a network of trusted advisors, we have a proven formula for long-term growth in retail automotive. We currently have 3 locations under the names of “University Auto and Tire” and “The Grease Pig Lube and Tune”. All three are in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with great reputations in our community. What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead, coach, train, and develop team members
• Create a positive, accountable, high-performing team culture
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Drive store sales and overall profitability
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Help the team identify customer needs and confidently present service recommendations
• Maintain strong shop workflow and productivity
• Ensure company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations are followed
• Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, and employee performance
• Maintain a clean, professional, organized facility
• Take ownership of problems and work toward solutions
• Communicate effectively with team members and company leadership
