360 Behavioral Health is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you'll help ensure our clients receive the support they need by coordinating staff schedules, managing coverage, and working closely with our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and leadership team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage employee and client schedules to ensure appropriate staffing coverage.
  • Coordinate schedule changes, time-off requests, and last-minute staffing needs.
  • Match employees with clients based on availability and service needs.
  • Communicate with employees, leadership, and internal teams to resolve scheduling challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee hours, schedules, and service delivery.
  • Prepare scheduling and staffing reports to support daily operations.
  • Partner with leadership to meet staffing goals and improve scheduling efficiency.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training coordination.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused attitude.

Additional Experience We Value

  • Previous scheduling or staffing coordination experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with employee scheduling and timekeeping systems.
  • Experience supporting high-volume scheduling or staffing needs.
