This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do

  • Raws and Packs Planning Team to support production schedule and execution
  • Finished Goods Planning Team to meet customer and internal Henkel demand
  • Lead the monthly Supply Management Review Process monthly within the Sales and Operations Planning Framework
  • Coach and Support the team to drive results and support each individual success
  • Optimize and Drive Key Metrics such as Working Capital, Schedule Adherence and Service Level

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred; APICS certification a plus.
  • 7+ years of relevant supply chain leadership experience, including planning, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and operational execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, set strategy, and execute plans that support business objectives.
  • Strong data analysis, Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to identify issues and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and build strong cross-functional relationships across the organization.

The salary range for this role is $110,000.00 to $130,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
