  3. Operational Safety & Continuous Improvement: Drive the development of a proactive safety culture that emphasizes employee engagement, hazard identification, risk prevention, and operational accountability.
  4. Environmental Management & Sustainability: Provide corporate leadership and oversight of environmental compliance programs across NEOTech's domestic manufacturing operations.
  5. Corporate Governance, Performance & Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators, including OSHA recordable incident rates, lost-time incidents, near misses, audit findings, corrective action closure, and other leading and lagging safety indicators.
  6. Strategic Projects & Business Integration: Lead EHS integration activities associated with acquisitions, facility expansions, operational changes, and other strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 12 years of progressive EHS experience within manufacturing, industrial, or other highly regulated operational environments.
