We are looking for an experienced and motivated LPN to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY.

LPN position details:

We are hiring for the following LPN positions:

  • Full Time (37.5 hours/week) 7am - 3pm
  • Part Time Every Other Weekend (7.5 hours/week) 7am - 3pm
  • Part Time Every Other Weekend (7.5 hours/week) 3pm - 11pm

We are offering up to a $15,000 retention bonus for Full Time new hires!

LPN job duties include:

  • Review resident care needs and physician’s orders.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, including quarterly reviews, as they relate to care.
  • Prepare, administer, and document medications as per procedure.
  • Assure accuracy of medication and treatment book.
  • Collect data and report resident concerns for follow-through.
  • Ensure that all care notes are informative and descriptive of the care provided and of the resident’s response to the care.
  • Ensure appropriateness and completeness of documentation by CNA staff.
  • Conduct regular walking rounds of nursing unit.

Qualifications:

LPN qualifications: Must have credentials as an LPN with a current New York State license. Must be CPR and first aid certified. Must have verbal and written English skills.
