We support community growth and industrial development by providing end‑to‑end engineering, procurement, management, and construction services for complex AC substation and electrification projects across five core markets.
We believe in the value of every client’s investment and take pride in tackling challenging, high‑risk projects. With deep expertise and continuous development, our teams operate with the precision, resilience, and mission‑focus needed to deliver crucial infrastructure—often described as the “special forces” of our industry.
As a Site Supervisor - Civil Works for Linxon, you play a critical role in the successful delivery of complex civil scope works by taking full ownership of on‑site execution from initial mobilization through final acceptance. You are the front‑line authority responsible for converting engineering intent into correctly built assets, ensuring schedule adherence, cost control through right‑first‑time execution, and elimination of rework. Acting firmly on behalf of Linxon, you lead daily construction activities, directly instruct contractors, enforce quality and compliance in real time, and resolve execution issues as they occur. Your impact is measured by safe, compliant, and high‑quality civil works delivered on schedule, with disciplined workmanship, complete documentation, and full alignment with approved designs, standards, and Linxon’s Quality Management System.
You are an experienced Civil Site Supervisor with a proven track record on EPC, infrastructure, or industrial projects. You are hands‑on and execution‑driven, with strong capability in site supervision, quality control, and construction documentation. You are highly proficient in reading, explaining, and enforcing construction drawings, specifications, and method statements. You are knowledgeable in local and international civil construction codes, norms, and best practices. You are a confident on‑site authority, capable of directing contractors, correcting improper execution, and maintaining discipline. You are detail‑oriented and quality‑focused, with a strong commitment to delivering work right the first time. You are a reliable and professional leader with strong references from past construction projects.
