Ready to Lead Your Own Shop? Take 5 Oil Change is looking for strong, hands-on Shop Managers to lead our teams. You'll run the day-to-day operation of your shop – building and coaching your team, delivering fast and friendly service, and driving results. This isn't a job where you sit behind a desk. You'll lead from the floor and set the example for your team. If you have experience leading a team in automotive service, retail, or another fast-paced business, we want to hear from you!
