Are you a natural leader with a passion for great food and even better customer service? We’re looking for a Shift Leader / Manager to help drive smooth operations, build strong customer relationships, and inspire a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead efficient, organized shifts and ensure top-quality product output
• Manage inventory and prep schedules per company guidelines
• Deliver exceptional customer service and train staff to do the same
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment
• Foster a unified, motivated team through active listening and leadership
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Handle financial documentation (cash sheets, deposits, reports)
• Support additional tasks to ensure smooth operations

What You Bring:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to resolve customer and employee issues professionally
• Flexibility with scheduling to meet store needs
• Experience in food service or retail management
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
