• Keep the park safe, clean, and ready for fun
• Handle scheduling, shift reports, and inventory
• Be the go-to link between your crew and the management team

WHO YOU ARE

• Upbeat and easygoing, even when it's packed and loud
• A natural trainer who loves helping people learn and grow
• Someone who'll go the extra mile for a guest without being asked
• A leader who genuinely loves their team and has their back
• You've led a team before in retail, restaurants, entertainment, fitness, or anywhere fast-paced
• Comfortable on your feet for a full shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• ServSafe certified, or willing to get certified within 90 days (we'll help)

WHAT YOU GET

• Paid training and real coaching to grow your leadership skills
• A clear path to Assistant Manager and beyond across our 17 locations
