About the Opportunity

We’re currently seeking a Service Manager to lead our maintenance and service operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring our residents receive top-tier service and that our properties remain in excellent condition.

As a Service Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, manage a team of service professionals, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and with a customer-first mindset. You’ll also collaborate with other departments, manage resources, and take the lead on problem-solving and process improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and coordinate daily service operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
• Lead, train, and support your team of service technicians
• Respond to maintenance needs and ensure all resident concerns are resolved promptly and professionally
• Monitor service quality and implement process improvements as needed
• Manage schedules and prioritize tasks to meet service demands
• Partner with other departments to ensure seamless property operations

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous experience in a supervisory role, ideally within property management or real estate
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience using property management systems or maintenance software (preferred)
• Ability to problem-solve, manage time effectively, and lead by example
