Service Manager

Leo Martin Chevrolet is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our team in Lake Jackson, TX. In this role, you will oversee the service department operations, ensuring outstanding customer service and efficient workflow to meet the dealership's high standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily service department activities, including scheduling, workflow, and customer relations.
• Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure all customer concerns and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
• Oversee proper documentation and compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards.
• Coordinate with parts department and other dealership departments to streamline service operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in automotive service management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively.
• Knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles and service procedures is preferred.
