Service Manager – EAG Ford Mount Pleasant

EAG Ford Mount Pleasant is looking for a Service Manager to run our service department. This is a leadership job with real ownership — you'll own the department's gross, the customer experience, and the growth of your people. We're an 8-store group with room to move up, and we back our managers with the training and tools to win.

What you'll do

• Run the day-to-day operation of the service drive, shop, and appointment process
• Own the service P&L: labor and parts gross, effective labor rate, hours per RO, technician proficiency, and expense control
• Hire, train, and develop advisors and technicians, and build a bench so we're never short-handed
• Set daily and monthly goals with the advisor team and hold one-on-ones that actually change performance
• Drive CSI and online reviews by fixing it right the first time and handling problems before they escalate
• Keep the shop loaded through effective dispatching, appointment control, and multi-point inspection follow-up
• Manage Ford warranty policy, claim submission, and recall/open-campaign completion, and stay ready for a warranty audit
• Partner with parts, sales, and the GM to keep the whole store running together
• Maintain a safe, clean, compliant shop

What we're looking for

• 3+ years managing or assistant-managing a dealership service department; Ford experience is a strong plus
• A proven track record of growing hours per RO, gross, and CSI — be ready to talk numbers
• Strong with a DMS (CDK, Reynolds, or similar) and comfortable reading a financial statement
• A leader people want to work for: direct, fair, and on the drive, not behind a desk
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
