Service Manager

S & L Motors Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our team just west of Green Bay at Hwy 29/32. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate all aspects of our service department, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
• Supervise, train, and mentor service staff to maintain high performance and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize customer experience and resolve any service issues.
• Monitor service metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer relations, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare and manage the department budget and financial reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in automotive service management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions.
• Knowledge of automotive service procedures and standards.
• Proficient in using service management software and tools.
• Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram experience is favorable.
