About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Service Coordinator to support daily service operations in a fast-paced environment. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers, field personnel, and internal teams, ensuring requests are handled efficiently and communicated effectively.

The ideal candidate excels at multitasking, prioritizing competing demands, and delivering exceptional customer service while keeping schedules, work orders, and service activities on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize incoming service requests.
• Schedule and monitor service appointments to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate updates with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records, work orders, and service documentation.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust priorities as business needs change.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Support administrative and reporting activities related to service operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatching, service coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred

• Experience supporting service, operations, logistics, maintenance, construction, or field service teams.
• Familiarity with scheduling, CRM, ERP, or work-order management systems.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
