Job Description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Service Delivery General management Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead the data strategy and roadmap for Payments Operations, aligned to business priorities and enterprise standards.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, and Control to define and deliver critical data capabilities.
  • Oversee the development of consistent metrics, dashboards, and insights to support operational performance, capacity management, service delivery, and risk oversight.
  • Drive improvements in data quality, governance, lineage, and accessibility across key operational datasets.
  • Identify and advance high-value opportunities to apply AI, advanced analytics, and automation.
  • Ensure data foundations are fit for AI use cases, including quality, controls, transparency, and governance.
  • Support responsible adoption of AI-enabled solutions in line with enterprise governance and control requirements.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a strong data-driven culture across the organization.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of total work experience is preferred with at least 3-5 years in management. Service delivery experience preferred.
  • Extensive experience in data, analytics, operations, or transformation leadership within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of payments operations, operational metrics, controls, and service delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience defining data strategy and delivering business outcomes through data and analytics.
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, and performance reporting.
  • Experience identifying and enabling practical AI and advanced analytics use cases in an operational environment.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
