At Pinnacle Treatment Centers, we believe recovery is possible for everyone. As one of the nation's leading providers of addiction treatment services, Pinnacle serves thousands of patients daily across a network of more than 130 locations in nine states. Our mission is simple but powerful: to make recovery possible by transforming lives, communities, and the families we serve with treatment that works.
We deliver evidence-based, community-based care through a full continuum of services, including residential treatment, outpatient treatment, opioid treatment programs, detoxification services, and recovery support. We meet patients where they are, making treatment accessible and tailored to individual needs because we believe that a person's zip code should never be a barrier to recovery.
As our Senior Revenue Cycle Manager, you'll play a critical leadership role behind the scenes, ensuring our organization has the financial strength and operational excellence needed to continue providing life-changing care to those affected by substance use disorders.
The Senior Revenue Cycle Manager serves as a key leader within the Revenue Cycle Management team, partnering closely with the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management, Director of Revenue Cycle Management, Finance leadership, and operational stakeholders across the organization. This role is responsible for optimizing billing, collections, reimbursement, and revenue cycle performance while driving continuous process improvements that support Pinnacle's growth and mission.
Candidate is a strategic and hands-on revenue cycle leader with deep expertise in behavioral health and substance use disorder billing, including residential and outpatient treatment services. This individual will lead, develop, and mentor teammates while ensuring compliance, maximizing reimbursement, and improving the overall financial performance of the organization.
At Pinnacle, every role contributes to a larger purpose. While this position does not provide direct patient care, your work directly supports our ability to deliver treatment, recovery support, and hope to individuals and families impacted by addiction.
Our teammates are united by our core values:
Together, we are helping individuals rebuild their lives, restore relationships, and reconnect with their communities through evidence-based treatment and recovery solutions that truly work.
If you're a revenue cycle leader who wants to use your expertise to drive both operational excellence and meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today and help make recovery possible.
