The Foundation Communities Senior Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations, compliance, and resident engagement across up to three Foundation Communities affordable housing properties. This role ensures each property is well-maintained, financially sound, and in full compliance with housing regulations and funding requirements. The Senior Property Manager leads onsite staff, oversees leasing and maintenance, and fosters welcoming, inclusive communities that reflect the organization’s mission of providing housing stability and opportunity.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Other duties may be assigned.
CONSTANTLY: Walking or sitting, grasping/gripping, bending/stooping/squatting, finger dexterity, computer input, coordination of hand, eye and foot. FREQUENTLY: Stand and climb stairs, reach above the shoulder, lift 5 - 25 pounds, climb ladders and do push and pull motion.
