We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure deployment projects across commercial, education, and public sector environments. This role is ideal for someone who understands the complete project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning and site surveys through installation, commissioning, and final client handoff.

This is not a traditional software project management role. We're looking for a leader with hands-on knowledge of physical technology infrastructure deployments who can effectively coordinate engineering teams, field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee deployments involving:
    • Structured cabling
    • Fiber infrastructure
    • Network equipment installations
    • Wireless infrastructure
    • CCTV and low-voltage systems
  • Track schedules, budgets, labor forecasts, and project profitability
  • Manage change orders, project documentation, and client communications
  • Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and project deliverables are met
  • Conduct progress meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Drive projects through final testing, turnover, and closeout

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of project management experience within infrastructure, telecommunications, low-voltage, or technology deployment environments
  • Experience managing projects through the entire lifecycle, from initial planning through final handoff
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Structured cabling systems
    • Fiber optic infrastructure
    • Network deployments
    • Wireless technologies
    • Low-voltage construction practices
  • Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial management skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve field challenges related to pathways, conduit, backbone infrastructure, equipment installations, and deployment logistics

Preferred Qualifications

  • RCDD certification
  • BICSI certifications (Installer, Technician, or related)
  • PMP certification
  • Experience supporting education, municipal, healthcare, or public sector projects
  • Background in electrical, telecommunications, or technology infrastructure contracting

Why Join?

  • Join a growing team delivering high-impact infrastructure projects throughout Southern California
  • Lead complex deployments across commercial, education, and public sector environments
  • Opportunity to work on innovative connectivity and modernization initiatives
  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel locally for site visits and client meetings
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
