Senior Project Managers in the Urban Division will deliver concrete/steel products in mid to high-rise construction spaces with a project size exceeding $100M. The salary range for this position is $155,27 - $194,905 depending on a variety of factors including market factors in the geographical location where the candidate works.
The Senior Project Manager is the leader and manager of their respective projects and teams, including field and project management staff, to provide oversight for all phases of the construction project to ensure work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. This individual will delegate project management operations as well as more day-to-day functions to other project team members while maintaining overall responsibility for the success of the project.
This individual will typically work on multiple projects simultaneously and must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment, balancing competing priorities and multiple project assignments. The Senior Project Manager may also be engaged in more global initiatives and strategies intended to continually improve and innovate Landmarks approach to development and construction.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in residential and mixed-use building construction. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Business Administration or relevant major preferred. Scheduling & Job Cost software preferred (Primavera/P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, Prolog, etc.). Minimum 5 years of direct supervisory experience.
