  • Based in Montgomery, Alabama, with travel to project sites as project needs require.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead architectural project teams through planning, design, documentation, bidding, construction administration, and closeout.
  • Drive the technical execution and successful delivery of complex justice, civic, and institutional architecture projects.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, technical documentation, specifications, and project manuals.

  • Provide direction and delegation to architectural and technical staff while supporting continuous improvement across the team.
  • Represent the project team in client and project meetings and clearly communicate technical and design decisions.
  • Apply architectural, regulatory, financial, environmental, and constructability considerations throughout project delivery.
