Responsible for providing leadership and supervisory oversight for designated team members within the Learning and Organizational Development Department. This role involves managing system-wide nursing education functions and processes across the region to ensure continuous organizational growth. The Senior Manager collaborates with senior leadership to coordinate and direct team activities, facilitates The Joint Commission readiness, and drives process improvement efforts to maintain high standards of clinical and operational performance.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Nursing Education, or a related field.
6-7 years of experience in healthcare administration, education or a relevant area and 2 years of related managerial experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Constant lifting and/or moving of items up to 10 pounds is expected, frequent lifting/moving of items up to 25 pounds, and occasional lifting/moving of items up to 50 pounds. Visual demands include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
